A few updates from the Nees home:
Porter had his first birthday, and I know its pretty pathetic but I made him a cake (made with peanut butter, honey and carrots)..... He wasn't really sure what to think about eating off this plate.... he didn't really even like the cake, he just picked all the dog treats off the edge and licked the frosting.
Jason has a new hobby... brewing beer, he has talked about doing this for quite awhile now, and this past week him and Bryce decided to go ahead and try. The initial preperations took about 4 hours and now the beer is sitting in our laundry room fermenting (or something like that), Stay tuned for pictures of the final result...

Now I believe the next step is to let it ferment for 7-10 days and then transfer to another container to let sit for another 7-10 days before its ready to drink!
The Nees' are heading to Mexico next weekend for vacation, pictures to come!!
