Sunday dinner # 1

We had our first successful Sunday dinner of 2010.

On the menu was:
Rack of Pork
Risotto
Steamed green beans
Bread
Apple / Strawberry pie
Ice cream

Drinks:
Pinot Noir & Hot cocoa

The table: Kate and I decided that the presentation is half the battle... even if doesn't taste good we know how to make it look good :)

Everyone thought the dinner turned out great.....

This weekend Jason and I took Duder and Porter out on the Snowshoes up on Schweitzer... Jason took some really good pictures of the view, the one at the top my blog now is one that he took this weekend.

We had a great long weekend, and look forward to fun 2010.
